We are looking for an experienced Workday Learning Lead / Architect to support the successful delivery of Workday projects across a variety of client environments.
In this client-facing role, you will lead the design and implementation of Workday Learning solutions, partnering with clients to develop scalable learning strategies that enhance employee development, compliance, and business performance.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the solution design and architecture of Workday Learning implementations and enhancements.
- Acting as the primary functional Subject Matter Expert for Workday Learning.
- Facilitating client workshops to gather requirements and define future-state learning processes.
- Advising clients on Workday Learning best practices and industry trends.
- Designing scalable and sustainable learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Supporting configuration teams through design guidance and governance.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and providing trusted advisory services.
- Conducting solution reviews, fit-gap analyses, and optimisation assessments.
- Supporting testing, deployment, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
- Assisting clients with learning content management, compliance training, and learning administration processes.
- Keeping current with Workday Learning product enhancements and roadmap developments.
Must Have Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Workday Learning Lead, Architect, Senior Consultant, or Solution Consultant.
- More than 5 years hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Learning.
- Experience leading Workday Learning workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Learning & Development, compliance training, skills development, and employee enablement processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Workday Learning solutions.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading design decisions and providing architectural governance.
- Workday Learning Certification.
- Experience working within consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Other Qualifications/Skills That Will Be Beneficial but Not Mandatory
- Experience with Skills Cloud, Career Development, Talent Marketplace, or Succession Planning.
- Knowledge of learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, or xAPI.
- Global Workday deployment experience.
- Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies.
