Job summary

VirtualResource is a boutique HR technology consultancy seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and governance of complex Workday integration solutions. You will act as the technical authority and trusted advisor, ensuring best-in-class integration architectures across HR and enterprise tech landscapes.

You will own integration workstreams across multiple projects, provide technical leadership to teams, and collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Integrations experience, including leading complex implementations.
• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise technical solutions.
• Strong experience leading integration design and process alignment.
• Production-grade integrations design, development, and deployment.
• ERP systems knowledge and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical integration lead for client implementations.
• Define and own integration architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
• Provide strategic guidance on integration approaches and roadmaps.
• Oversee all integration deliverables for implementations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants across projects.
• Support pre-sales scoping, effort estimation, and solution design.
• Produce interface specifications, field mappings, and process designs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies.
