Job summary

Van Oord is seeking a dynamic HR Technology specialist who works across Workday, ERP and Crew Management solutions. This role offers breadth of impact, not a single module, with chances to contribute to projects, lead improvements and shape a multi-year HR technology roadmap.

You will join the Founding the Future program, combining Workday expertise with curiosity, ownership and a broad view of HR processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT/IS, MIS or related field.
Several years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, business processes, integrations or continuous improvement.
Broad understanding of HR technology across multiple Workday areas and/or connected HR systems.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver improvements across our Workday ecosystem, from identifying opportunities and gathering requirements to solution design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Drive improvements across Workday and connected systems.
Connect the dots between systems and processes, troubleshoot complex issues, manage dependencies and translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
Continuously improve how we work, identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, strengthen data quality and make better use of our HR technology landscape.
Collaborate across HR, IT and the wider business to deliver roadmap initiatives, support adoption, share knowledge and take ownership beyond traditional module boundaries.
