Basic-Fit is seeking a Senior Workday Specialist to drive ownership and impact in their expanding HR technology landscape. This role involves managing Workday configurations, leading integrations, and ensuring data quality within a fast-growing international context.
Applicants should have at least 7 years of Workday experience and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include optimizing HR processes and collaborating with various stakeholders. The company offers a gross salary between €4,648 and €6,500 monthly, along with gym access and ample development opportunities.
Do you want to play a key role in shaping and scaling Workday in one of Europe's fastest‑growing fitness companies? Are you a hands‑on Workday expert who thrives at the intersection of HR, IT, and data — and ready to take real ownership in a complex, international environment? Then we’re looking for you.
At Basic‑Fit, technology drives how we grow. With 4.7 million members and 1,650+ clubs across 6 countries, we’re strengthening our HR technology landscape to keep up with our ambitions. As our Senior Workday Specialist, you will be the technical authority on our Workday platform — and the go‑to sparring partner for HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance.
This role goes beyond functional support. You own the technical configuration and evolution of our Workday platform, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable solutions across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Reporting, Expenses, and Integrations.
You’re a technically sharp, analytically strong Workday professional who knows how configuration, integrations, security, and data come together in a complex international setup. You communicate just as easily with an HR Business Partner as with a developer, and you take ownership without needing to be asked twice.
As a Senior Workday Specialist, you will have real ownership and impact in a fast‑scaling European organisation.
