Job summary

Amoria Bond seeks a Senior Workday Functional Consultant to strengthen its Workday associate network. You will apply Core HCM expertise, own smaller implementations, and support existing teams across international environments.

The role emphasizes functional delivery, ownership, and the ability to drive initiatives from requirements through to implementation, including mentoring junior consultants.

Our Workday associate network is growing.

As demand continues to develop across international Workday environments, we’re looking to strengthen the Amoria Bond network with another experienced Senior Workday Functional Consultant.

We’re particularly interested in speaking with independent Workday specialists who combine strong functional knowledge of Core HCM with the ability to take ownership of smaller implementations, support existing teams and operate confidently across both project and operational environments.

For this type of assignment, the strongest fit would be someone with experience across areas such as:

• Compensation and Benefits


• Advanced Compensation and/or Time Tracking


• Functional configuration and maintenance


• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management


• Supporting junior Workday consultants


• Leading smaller Workday implementations or rollout activities


• Working in complex, international Workday environments

The key is not pure project management. The value lies in being a strong functional Workday consultant who can also bring structure, ownership and enough project capability to independently drive smaller initiatives from requirement through to implementation.

We currently have an assignment where this expertise is required within an international organisation based in the Netherlands. The consultant will work across both day-to-day Workday activities and a number of upcoming international implementation and improvement projects.
