Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad is seeking a Business Support Specialist to be the key user for the Warehouse Management System and to bridge Operations, IT and the business. You will translate operational needs into functional changes, support end users, and contribute to continuous improvement in an international Tech logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent.
• Experience as a Key User or similar in logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the key user and first point of contact for Warehouse Management System-related questions.
• Supporting Operations with system-related issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating and testing system changes before implementation.
• Translating operational needs into functional change requests for IT and other stakeholders.
• Training and supporting end users on new system functionalities and processes.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Participating in projects focused on process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.
