Job summary

Arvato in Heijen, Netherlands, is seeking a Business Support Specialist to join the implementation of a new customer within the Consumer Products division. You will optimize processes, improve systems and increase efficiency in a highly automated supply chain.

You will collaborate with IT and operations across Europe, manage change requests, test improvements, and support system implementations, acting as a link between operations and IT.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with interest in logistics, engineering and automation.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests with IT and stakeholders.
• Analyze business and operational needs and translate into system and process improvements.
• Test system changes to ensure quality and performance.
• Support projects related to system implementations and optimizations.
• Serve as a key contact between operations, IT and external stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field
