Job summary

DP World is seeking a WMS Super User to ensure Warehouse Management Systems effectively support operational excellence across our logistics environment. You will bridge Operations, IT, customers, and support teams to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

You will contribute by configuring, testing, and enhancing WMS functionality, delivering user training, and collaborating on upgrades and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on root causes and sustainable improvements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication to build relationships across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for WMS questions, incidents and user support within the operation.
• Support configuration, testing, implementation, and enhancement of WMS functionality to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, customers and partners to identify process and system improvements.
• Investigate system issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate solutions minimizing disruption.
• Deliver user training and knowledge sharing to support adoption of system changes.
• Participate in projects involving WMS upgrades, implementations and onboarding.
• Monitor system performance and data quality for operational accuracy.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying processes and enhancing performance.
• Contribute to testing and change management for successful deployments.
