Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking an IT WMS Solutions Engineer to be the subject matter expert for Manhattan Associates WMi across its global warehouse network. You will configure, optimize and support the platform, translating warehouse processes into WMi solutions that improve efficiency.

Reporting to the IT WMS Solutions Delivery Manager, you will lead requirements gathering, mapping, testing, and go-live activities, collaborate with Operations, and coordinate with Manhattan Associates and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years hands-on experience with Manhattan WMi in 3PL or supply chain.
Ability to translate warehouse operations into WMi configurations.
Solid understanding of end-to-end warehousing processes.

Responsibilities

Design and configure WMi solutions for inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
Lead functional design, testing, and validation for WMi changes.
Coordinate with IT WMS Change Delivery and Operations teams.
Support go-lives, upgrades, and data migration activities.
Maintain WMi documentation and provide training to staff.
