Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to evaluate operations processes, identify efficiencies, and promote cost reductions across our network.

You will serve as the site WMS and data system expert, partner with IT and operations, design analytical tools, and provide regular reporting to improve service levels.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, with strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze operations processes to identify efficiencies.
• Promote cost reductions across the network.
• Serve as site WMS and data system expert.
• Design analytical tools and dashboards for ongoing analysis.
• Provide regular reporting to improve service levels and productivity.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve site technical issues.
• Train staff on site systems and processes.
