You support wheel builders and the wider Retail Support Team by maintaining high service quality, enabling fast turnaround times, and ensuring operational continuity.

In this role, you combine operational support, technical affinity, and warehouse coordination. You do not need to be an expert in wheel building yet, but you are motivated to develop this skill and actively contribute to the team when needed.

You will work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner and manage part of our in‑house warehouse operations in Amsterdam, ensuring product availability and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing

Wheel Lacing Support

  • Preparing wheel orders by selecting the correct hubs, packaging wheels, and creating accurate shipping labels

  • Communicating with retailers via our ticketing system, providing clear and timely status updates

  • Developing wheel lacing skills to support wheel builders and provide operational backup when required

In-house Warehouse Logistics

  • Processing inbound deliveries from the 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate stock availability

  • Performing weekly stock counts and maintaining high inventory accuracy

  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Technical Support

  • Performing basic maintenance and repairs on internal test bikes

  • Assisting in assembling and preparing sample bikes and wheel builds

  • Supporting product testing and basic troubleshooting of returned items to uphold quality standards

What we’re looking for

You are someone who:

  • Is hands‑on and detail‑oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership

  • Has experience in warehouse operations, retail support, or a technical environment, with cycling industry experience as a plus

  • Has interest in wheel building, with motivation to learn wheel lacing

  • Has the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

  • Has strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately

  • Is comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM, and ticketing systems

  • Has clear and professional communication skills, both internally and externally

  • Has a technical affinity and willingness to perform basic repairs and testing

  • Has a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized working environment

Practical Requirements

  • Availability for 40 hours a week

  • Living in or close to Amsterdam

  • Legal right to work in the EU

What We Offer You

  • A hands‑on role with clear responsibilities and ownership in day‑to‑day operations

  • The opportunity to develop technical skills in wheel building and deepen your knowledge of bicycle components

  • Exposure to retail support, logistics, and product operations in an international, fast‑growing company

  • A collaborative and supportive team environment with room to learn and grow

  • The chance to contribute directly to improving processes and service quality

  • Competitive compensation aligned with the role and experience level
