Job summary

enviolo Inc. in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, invites applications for its IT Analyst internship to ensure reliability and efficiency of internal systems supporting global e-bike operations.

You will audit NetSuite data, provide hands-on IT support, and help maintain hardware, licenses, and access controls while working in a hybrid model three days a week. The program offers internship allowance, relocation support if needed, and the chance to learn in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• System optimization & cleanup: audit NetSuite data and ensure records are accurate.

The primary purpose of this IT Analyst internship is to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and seamless operation of our internal business systems. As we transition to a fully internal IT model, you will play a vital role in maintaining our technical infrastructure, providing hands‑on support, and ensuring that our systems, , are optimized to support our global e-bike operations.

Key Responsibilities

• System Optimization & Cleanup: Leading the "hands-on" effort to clean and audit NetSuite data, ensuring financial and operational records are accurate and actionable.
• Internal IT Support: Serving as the primary point of contact, alongside IT lead, for internal technical tasks and troubleshooting, filling the gap left by external support to keep the team productive.
• Operational Continuity: Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and implementing technical solutions to make daily operations run more smoothly.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Assisting with the management of hardware, software licenses, and system permissions to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

What we’re looking for

• You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Information Technology, IT Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player with interpersonal skills that gives you the ability to connect with internal and external teams
• Driven by curiosity with a strong desire to continuously learn
