Job summary

Enviolo in Amsterdam seeks a Wheel Lacing Support Specialist to ensure smooth handling of wheel lacing warranty requests and support wheel builders and the Retail Support Team. You will manage 3PL interactions and in-house warehouse coordination to ensure product availability and accuracy.

You will develop wheel-building skills, contribute to fast turnaround times, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a growing international company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and detail-oriented candidate with ownership focus.
• Warehouse ops experience or related technical environment preferred, cycling exp a plus.
• Interest in wheel building with motivation to learn wheel lacing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple tasks accuracy.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ticketing systems.
• Clear and professional internal/external communication.
• Technical affinity and willingness to perform basic repairs and testing.

Responsibilities

• Wheel Lacing Support: Review wheel lacing returns, validate retailer claims, assess component/rim condition against standards.
• Prepare wheel orders by selecting hubs, packaging wheels, and creating shipping labels.
• Communicate with retailers via ticketing system with clear status updates.
• Develop wheel lacing skills to support wheel builders and provide backup.
