Job summary

enviolo is seeking a hands-on Wheel Lacing Support Specialist to join our Amsterdam team. You will handle wheel lacing returns, manage warehouse tasks, and support 3PL coordination while ensuring quality and availability.

You’ll work closely with our Retail Support Team, learn wheel-building basics, perform light bike maintenance, and help keep inventory accurate and the workspace safe. This is a practical, growth-focused role for someone who loves bicycles, values clear communication, and wants

Qualifications

• Hands-on and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in warehouse operations, retail support, or a technical environment; cycling industry experience is a plus.
• Interest in wheel building with motivation to learn wheel lacing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Technical affinity and willingness to perform basic repairs and testing.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.

Responsibilities

• Wheel Lacing Support: review incoming wheel lacing returns, validate retailer claims, assess component and rim condition, prepare wheel orders, and communicate status updates.
• In-house Warehouse Logistics: process inbound deliveries, perform weekly stock counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Technical Support: perform basic maintenance on test bikes, assist in assembling sample bikes, and support product testing and basic troubleshooting of returned items.
