Job summary

Peddler in Almere is seeking a hub associate to support our last-mile operations. This role requires availability every Saturday from 07:30 to 16:30, with the stamina to walk and lift as needed.

You will lead communication between the hub and headquarters, close the hub after shifts, onboard teammates, and help keep KPIs on track while improving processes.

English at B2 level is required; Dutch is a plus. Prior logistics exposure is nice but not mandatory, and relevant certificates are welcome.

Qualifications

• B2 level English required.
• Must be physically capable of walking and lifting.
• Experience in hub/logistics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication between hub and headquarters.
• Close the hub and prepare for the next shift.
• Assist onboarding, problem-solving and answering questions.
• Maintain quality and quantity checks for irregularities.
• Track hours, shifts and KPIs for the hub.
• Improve processes and remove blockers to keep hub running smoothly.
