Job summary

Simply Green is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Almere to join our warehouse team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, ensuring orders are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

You will perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, while supporting stock counts and using NetSuite. A reliable team player with basic computer skills and English proficiency is required.

Are you looking for a dynamic position as a Warehouse Associate in Almere area?

Simply Green is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Almere. This is a full-time, warehouse-based position (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

Tasks

What you'll do

• Receive incoming deliveries and check goods against purchase orders
• Report shortages, damage or discrepancies
• Put stock away accurately and keep the warehouse organised
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers
• Support stock counts and inventory checks
• Update stock movements in NetSuite
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Report stock, packaging or equipment issues
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

What we're looking for:

Essential

• Reliable, punctual and practical
• Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting up to 20 kg
• Careful and accurate
• Basic computer skills and comfortable learning scanners or warehouse systems
• Good working English
• Able to work well in a team
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands

Nice to have

• Warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
• Experience with ERP or warehouse systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• Forklift certificate
• Dutch language skills
• Experience with shipping carriers such as DHL, DPD or PostNL
• Preferably resides in Almere

• Fixed-term contract with the opportunity to progress to a permanent contract based on performance and business needs.
• Competitive base salary of €2,725 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance paid monthly
• Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary
• 20 days annual leave plus Dutch public holidays
• Additional 1 day of annual leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30
