Job summary

Peddler is seeking a hub associate in Utrecht to support fast-paced last-mile operations. You will help close the hub, ensure readiness for the next shift, and coordinate with headquarters to keep processes running smoothly.

This role requires evening/morning availability and Saturday work, a drive for quality and safety, and the ability to lift and move goods. Prior hub or logistics experience is welcome; relevant certificates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability for evenings and mornings plus Saturdays.
• B2-level English; Dutch is nice but not required.
• Physically fit for walking and lifting.
• Disciplined with good organization and focus.
• Hub/logistics experience is a plus; certificates like EPT or forklift are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication between the hub and headquarters.
• Close the hub and ensure it is ready for the next shift.
• Support onboarding, problem-solving, and answering questions.
• Quality and quantity control for irregularities.
• Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for the largest hub.
• Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.

This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.
• Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.
• Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions.
• Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.
• Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub!
• Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.

What You\'ll Need

• Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday).
• B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)
• An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules.
• To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.
• Discipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time.
• Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)
• Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice.
