Job summary

Peddler is hiring for a Saturday hub role in Almere. You will lead communications between the hub and headquarters, close the hub at the end of shifts, and support onboarding, problem-solving, and daily team needs.

A focus on quality, safety, and process improvement is required, with physical readiness for walking and lifting. Ideal candidates are disciplined, well-organised, and able to focus for long periods.

Qualifications

• Availability on Saturdays (07:30–16:30) or similar shift.
• English at B2 level or better; Dutch is a plus.
• Eye for quality and safety, plus following security rules.
• Physically fit for walking and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication between the hub and headquarters.
• Close the hub and ensure readiness for the next shift.
• Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering questions.
• Ensure quality and manage irregularities in operations.
• Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for the hub.
• Fix processes and remove blockers to keep the hub running smoothly.
