Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Recent hands-on Webflow production experience.
• Strong JavaScript and CSS skills.
• Ability to work from marketing briefs in a hybrid Eindhoven-based team.
• Familiarity with WCAG and technical SEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow build end-to-end, including maintenance and site structure.
• Maintain a tidy Webflow project with clean structure, class naming and component choices.
• Write DRY, maintainable and scalable code, leveraging existing components and utilities.
• Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS for interactions, animations and functionality.
• Monitor site speed and technical SEO, applying performance best practices and addressing issues.
• Build for accessibility in line with WCAG standards.
• Use AI and automation tools like Claude and Make.com to speed up build, QA and maintenance.
• Proactively flag technical debt, bugs and issues.
• Consider crawlability, including for AI crawlers, and advocate for performance in design discussions.
• Stay current with Webflow platform updates and pilot new capabilities.
