GoodHabitz, Eindhoven HQ, is seeking a Marketing Web Developer (Webflow) to own the end-to-end build, maintenance and structure of the website. You’ll craft clean, fast-loading pages and a healthy codebase, using custom JavaScript and CSS to extend Webflow.

Join a marketing-driven team and collaborate with the Website Platform Owner and Digital Experience Specialists to meet deadlines while prioritizing accessibility, performance and SEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience with 1–2 years in Webflow.
• Strong JavaScript and CSS skills beyond Webflow’s native tools.
• Experience with Next.js, Astro, TypeScript and Tailwind.
• Familiarity with structured CSS architecture and scalable class naming.
• Strong grasp of HTML5 semantic markup and WCAG accessibility.
• Experience with multilingual website builds and localization CMS structure.
• Ability to work from marketing briefs and collaborate with marketing stakeholders.
• Able to translate design files from Figma into pixel-accurate builds.

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow build end-to-end including structure and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean Webflow project with tidy naming and scalable components.
• Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS for interactions and functionality.
• Monitor site speed and technical SEO, applying Core Web Vitals best practices.
• Build for accessibility following WCAG standards.
• Use AI tools like Claude and Make.com to speed up workflows.
• Ship code you can explain and stand behind.
