Job summary

GoodHabitz in Eindhoven seeks a Marketing Web Developer (Webflow) to own the end-to-end build, maintenance and site structure, ensuring fast, clean and accessible pages that align with marketing briefs.

You will extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS and collaborate with the Website Platform Owner and marketing team to deliver performant, SEO-friendly experiences. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the Eindhoven office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on production experience in Webflow.
• Strong custom JavaScript and CSS skills; able to extend Webflow beyond its native toolset.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Astro), TypeScript and utility-first CSS (Tailwind).
• Knowledge of semantic HTML, WCAG accessibility and SEO considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow build end-to-end: structure, maintenance and performance.
• Write clean, DRY, scalable code and leverage existing components to avoid unnecessary new code.
• Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS for interactions and features beyond native capabilities.
• Monitor site speed and SEO; apply Core Web Vitals best practices from the start.
• Ensure accessibility and crawlability, including for AI crawlers, and advocate for performance in design discussions.
