Job summary

Verve in Amsterdam and The Hague is seeking a Visual Developer (Webflow) to build high-quality no-code digital experiences. You translate designs from Figma into scalable, polished Webflow sites, focusing on clarity, performance, and thoughtful interaction.

You’ll work with designers and strategists, own Webflow builds from concept to CMS setup, and push for fast, accessible experiences. The role requires on-site presence at least three days per week, with a schedule of at least 32 hours.

Qualifications

• Strong design sensibilities with technical craft in no-code Webflow.
• Translate high-fidelity designs (Figma) into scalable Webflow builds.
• Set up CMS and content structures for meaningful sites.
• Familiar with no-code tools like Airtable, Make, or n8n (a plus).
• Detail-oriented with focus on layout, motion, polish, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow.
• Convert Figma designs into structured, scalable builds.
• Create interactions, micro-motions, and transitions to elevate UX.
• Set up CMS, dynamic content, and site structures.
