GoodHabitz in the Netherlands is seeking a senior Webflow-focused developer to own end-to-end Webflow builds, from structure to performance.

You'll work in a hybrid setup at Eindhoven HQ, collaborating with the Website Platform Owner and Digital Experience team to deliver marketing campaigns on time and with measurable conversions. You should translate marketing briefs into pixel-perfect builds, ensure accessibility, SEO, and WCAG compliance, and advocate for performance in design discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience with hands-on Webflow exposure.
• Ability to translate marketing briefs into pixel-perfect builds with strong coding standards.
• Experience with multilingual website builds and CMS localization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow build end-to-end, including structure, components and performance.
• Maintain a clean, scalable Webflow project with DRY principles and sensible naming.
• Monitor site speed and technical SEO, applying Core Web Vitals best practices.
• Build for accessibility and WCAG compliance across pages and components.
• Collaborate with the Website Platform Owner and marketing stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Advocate for performance in design discussions and manage technical debt proactively.
• Keep up-to-date with Webflow updates and test new capabilities.
• Integrate AI tools to speed up build, QA and maintenance while keeping code accountable.
