Zusammenfassung

Mercer is expanding its European Investment team to drive AuM and revenue growth across Europe, reporting to the Commercial Leader for Wealth Management. You will build relationships with Wealth Managers and Financial Intermediaries, develop partnerships, and collaborate with investment and proposition teams to keep Mercer’s Wealth Management offering competitive.

The role includes leading commercial sales, expanding client relationships, and participating in external events to raise awareness

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in leading relationships and ideally sales with Private Banks/Wealth Managers.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships, generate leads and support pipeline management across Europe with Wealth Managers and other Financial Intermediaries.
• Lead commercial sales by coordinating with internal resources to maximize opportunities across public and private markets.
• Expand relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
• Raise awareness and generate opportunities for Mercer’s investment capabilities within Wealth Management/Financial intermediaries’ space.
