Job summary

GEODIS is een internationaal logistiek bedrijf met een modern magazijn in Venlo. Als Warehouse Worker help je bij het verwerken en verzenden van hoogwaardige elektronische producten. Je werkt 32–40 uur per week in vaste dagdiensten van 07:00–16:00 of 09:00–18:00; parttime is ook mogelijk.

Je taken variëren en je werkt samen met collega’s om de dagelijkse targets te halen. Je hebt ervaring in magazijnwerk en bent bereid te werken met een EPT en mogelijk een heftruckcertificaat.

Qualifications

• Je spreekt Nederlands, Engels of Duits.
• Geen minimumopleiding vereist.
• Ervaring in logistiek of magazijn werkt.
• Ervaring met EPT of heftruck is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders met handscanner.
• Verpakken en voorbereiden op verzending.
• Werken met een EPT.
• Kwaliteit en hoeveelheid controleren.
• Goederen verplaatsen in het magazijn.
• Laden en lossen van goederen.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels volgen.
• Samen werken met collega's om dagelijkse doelen te halen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Worker at GEODIS, you help process and ship high-quality electronic products. Your work is varied, and you work together with your colleagues to reach the daily targets.

You will work between 32 and 40 hours per week in a fixed day shift from 07:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 18:00. Part‑time work is also possible.

Your tasks include:

• Picking orders with a hand scanner;
• Packing products and preparing them for shipment;
• Working with an EPT;
• Checking products for quality and quantity;
• Moving goods around the warehouse;
• Loading and unloading goods;
• Following safety and quality rules;
• Working together with colleagues to reach daily targets.

Besides the regular warehouse work, there are also opportunities to work with a forklift or reach truck. Do you already have a valid certificate? Then you may be able to use your experience directly.

Functie‑eisen

You like to work hard and feel comfortable in a warehouse. In addition:

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week;
• Experience in logistics or warehouse work is an advantage;
• Experience with an EPT is an advantage;
• Do you have a valid forklift or reach truck certificate? Then there are extra opportunities;
• You speak Dutch, English or German;
• You have your own transport;
• You are physically fit;
• You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
