Job summary

GEODIS is gevestigd in Venlo en zoekt een Orderpicker om dagelijks logistieke processen te ondersteunen. Je pikt orders met een handscanner/EPT, controleert producten en bereidt zendingen voor, terwijl je samen met collega’s de targets behaalt.

Je werkt met elektronica zoals monitors en computers en profiteert van een duidelijke dagdienst en trainingen. Een VOG-aanvraag kan worden gevraagd en er zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen GEODIS.

Qualifications

• Iemand die actief werk leuk vindt, oog voor detail heeft en in een logistieke omgeving werkt.
• Beschikbaarheid: fulltime.
• Ervaring met een EPT is een pré.
• Beheersing van Engels; basis Nederlands/Engels/Duits.
• Eigen vervoer hebben.
• VOG leveren mogelijk.

Responsibilities

• Orderpicken met handscanner/EPT en controleren van producten op kwaliteit en kwantiteit.
• Verpakken van elektronische producten zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig.
• Orderverwerking en verzending voorbereiden.
• Laden, lossen en verplaatsen van goederen.
• Veilig en efficiënt met de EPT werken.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.
• Samen met het team dagelijkse doelstellingen halen.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Orderpicker in Venlo, you play a key role in the daily logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.You will work with a variety of electronic products, including monitors, computer equipment and other consumer electronics.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking orders using a hand scanner and EPT;
• Checking products for quality and quantity;
• Packing electronic products carefully and accurately;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Loading, unloading and moving goods;
• Operating an EPT safely and efficiently;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace;
• Working closely with your team to achieve daily targets.

Do you have a valid reach truck or forklift certificate? Great! Depending on your experience and department, you may also operate these vehicles.

• Salary up to €16.20 gross per hour;

• You are available full-time;
• You have experience working with an EPT;
• Logistics experience is an advantage;
• You speak basic Dutch, English or German;
• You have your own transportation;
• You are physically fit and able to perform warehouse work;
• You are willing to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
