Job summary

GEODIS in Venlo zoekt een Orderpicker om samen met het team dagelijkse targets te halen. Je werkt met elektronica zoals monitoren en computerapparatuur en zorgt voor correcte verwerking van orders. Je maakt verzendklaar en verzorgt het laden/lossen van goederen in een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

Je beschikt over een recente EPT-ervaring, bent fysiek fit en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Spreken van basis Nederlands/Engels of Duits is voldoende en je hebt bij voorkeur vervoer naar Venlo.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels of Duits.
• Ervaring met handscanner/EPT is een pré.
• Fysiek fit en in staat om magazijnwerk uit te voeren.
• Beschikbaarheid voor een fulltime dienstverband.

Responsibilities

• Orders picking met handscanner en EPT.
• Kwaliteit en kwantiteit van producten controleren.
• Elektronica zorgvuldig verpakken en verzendklaar maken.
• Orders voorbereiden voor verzending en laden/lossen.
• Goederen verplaatsen en werkomgeving schoon en georganiseerd houden.
• Veilig werken met EPT en nauw samenwerken met het team.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Orderpicker in Venlo, you play a key role in the daily logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.You will work with a variety of electronic products, including monitors, computer equipment and other consumer electronics.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking orders using a hand scanner and EPT;
• Checking products for quality and quantity;
• Packing electronic products carefully and accurately;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Loading, unloading and moving goods;
• Operating an EPT safely and efficiently;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace;
• Working closely with your team to achieve daily targets.

Do you have a valid reach truck or forklift certificate? Great! Depending on your experience and department, you may also operate these vehicles.

• Salary up to €16.20 gross per hour;

• You have experience working with an EPT;
• Logistics experience is an advantage;
• You speak basic Dutch, English or German;
• You have your own transportation;
• You are physically fit and able to perform warehouse work;
• You are willing to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
