Job summary

GEODIS zoekt een magazijnmedewerker in Venlo. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige verwerking van klantorders, levertijden en veilige opslag in ons moderne magazijn.

Verantwoordelijkheden: orderpicken met handscanner, verpakkingen, bedienen van EPT, scannen en controleren van producten en kwaliteitscontroles. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om dagelijkse targets te halen en maakt onderdeel uit van een internationaal team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 jaar logistieke ervaring vereist.
• Ervaring met orderpicken en verpakken.
• Goede beheersing van Engels.
• Eigen vervoer vereist.
• Certificaat Goed Gedrag (VOG) kan vereist zijn.

Responsibilities

• Orderpicken met handscanner.
• Producten veilig en nauwkeurig verpakken.
• EPT bedienen.
• Producten scannen en controleren.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
• Bestellingen verzendklaar maken.
• Goederen door het magazijn verplaatsen.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften volgen.
• Samen met collega's dagelijkse doelstellingen realiseren.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Employee in Venlo, you play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Picking customer orders using a hand scanner;
• Packing products safely and accurately;
• Operating an EPT;
• Scanning and checking products;
• Performing quality inspections;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Moving goods throughout the warehouse;
• Following safety and quality procedures;
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets.

Do you have a valid forklift or reach truck certificate? Then you'll also have opportunities to operate these vehicles and further expand your skills.

• Salary between €14.99 and €16.20 gross per hour;
• Guaranteed 32 to 40 hours per week;
• Alternating day shifts:
  • 07:00 - 16:00
  • 09:00 - 18:00
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment;

Functie-eisen

You enjoy working in a warehouse, pay attention to detail and like being part of a team.

You also have:

• 1 to 2 years of logistics experience;
• Experience with order picking and packing;
• Good command of English;
• Own transportation;
• Physical fitness for active warehouse work;
• The ability to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
