Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the Netherlands seeks a hands-on Team Coordinator Receiving for our Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk. You will guide operators and flex workers on the floor, keep an overview, and drive improvements in daily logistics processes.

Requirements include proven logistics experience, decisiveness, orderly work habits, and fluency in English. You must have your own transportation and be available full-time.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator Receiving you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the workfloor, stand strong and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. A flexible mindset sets the tone for your day. You will be in close contact with the Team Leader for coordination and guidance. You are working fromour bol. Fulfillment Centerin Waalwijk.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor;
• You ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process;
• You share information and, in consultation with your Supervisor, take the initiative to implement process improvements;
• You report on work progress to your Supervisor.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing.
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available fulltime.
• Please note that we only consider candidates who are residents of the European Union and who already live within commuting distance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.608,26 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
