Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Team Coordinator Putaway & Picking for the Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk, NL. You will coordinate, guide and motivate a team of Operators and Flex workers, ensuring efficient putaway and picking tasks while proactively resolving on-site issues.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong logistics knowledge, and fluency in English. This full-time, on-site position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you.
• You master the English language verbally and in writing.
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory.
• You are available fulltime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor.
• Ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process.
• Share information and, in consultation with your Supervisor, take the initiative to implement process improvements.
• Report on work progress to your Supervisor.
