Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk is seeking a Team Coordinator Operations to lead a sub-process in unloading/receiving, stowing/picking or packing/expedition. You will manage a team of Operators and Flex workers and report to the Team Lead Operations, contributing to a highly automated distribution center for Europe’s fashion platform.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, written and spoken.
• Own transportation is mandatory due to limited public transport options.
• Available for full-time work and able to be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers.
• Identify and solve problems in the workplace.
• Prepare for efficient execution within your sub-process.
• Inform and, in consultation with your Team Leader, implement process improvements.
• Report progress of the work to your Team Leader.
