Job summary

Arvato in Venlo, Netherlands, is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to help our high-tech warehouse operations run smoothly. You’ll serve as the link between operations and support, investigating challenges, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to keep our logistics performing at its best.

You’ll work with ERP/WMS systems, especially SAP, use Excel for data analysis, and collaborate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues.
• Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements.
• Analyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems.

Are you an analytical logistics professional who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving warehouse processes? As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our high-tech warehouse operations and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll join our High Tech division in Venlo, where technology, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of our operations. Working with advanced warehouse management systems and international supply chain solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to solve operational challenges and make a real impact every day.

YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the link between operations and support departments, ensuring warehouse processes run efficiently every day. You investigate operational challenges, analyse data, and work closely with multiple stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements that keep our logistics operation performing at its best.

You’ll become part of the Warehouse Support team, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other internal departments. In this role, you report to the Supervisor and collaborate daily with colleagues to continuously improve warehouse performance.

We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic, technology-driven logistics environment and is passionate about solving operational challenges.

• MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor’s degree;
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP;
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis;
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities;
• Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills;
• Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule;
• Experience within a high-tech logistics environment is an advantage.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €3,349 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
