Job summary

Arvato in Venlo seeks a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist to help keep our high-tech warehouse operations efficient. You’ll bridge operations and support, investigate issues, and implement sustainable improvements across processes and systems.

You’ll work with Excel and ERP/WMS tools (including SAP) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize orders, inventory, and performance. The role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and willingness to work a shift

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of logistics or operational support experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with SAP and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data-analysis capability.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Accurate, proactive, and communicative; able to work shifts.
• Experience in high-tech logistics is a plus.

Are you an analytical logistics professional who enjoys solving operational challenges and making warehouse processes more efficient? As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our high-tech warehouse operations while working with advanced logistics systems and an international customer portfolio.

You’ll join our High Tech division in Venlo, where technology, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Working with modern warehouse management systems and international supply chain solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the link between operations and support departments, ensuring warehouse processes run efficiently every day. You investigate operational challenges, analyse data, and work closely with multiple stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements that keep our logistics operation performing at its best.

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues;


• Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements;


• Analyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems;


• Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and, where applicable;


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.

You’ll become part of the Warehouse Support team, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other internal departments. In this role, you report to the Operations Supervisor and collaborate daily with colleagues to continuously improve warehouse performance.

We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic, technology‑driven logistics environment and is passionate about solving operational challenges.

• MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree;


• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role;


• Excellent command of the English language;


• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP;


• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis;


• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities;


• Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills;


• Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule;


• Experience within a high‑tech logistics environment is an advantage.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,607and €3,349 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
