This is not your average Customer Support role. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape processes, improve ways of working and contribute to the further development of the Customer Support team. With the team continuing to grow, you’ll play an important role in building structure and ensuring smooth daily operations.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Support Manager, who will support you as you further develop your leadership skills. This makes the position a great next step for an experienced Customer Support professional who is ready to combine hands-on customer interaction with coaching, coordination and growing leadership responsibilities.
