Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Roosendaal is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small international team and optimize daily processes. You’ll focus on safety, quality and productivity, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to implement improvements.

You’ll manage Assistant Supervisors and operational staff, plan activities from 08:00 to 17:00, and drive continuous improvements in a lean, dynamic environment. The role offers a competitive salary, a one-year contract with potential permanent

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level of working and thinking.
• Good command of the English language.
• Several years of experience in a similar position within a logistics environment.
• Knowledge of warehousing and automated information systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and processes.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, between 08:00 and 17:00.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing your team to ensure that the required safety standards, quality levels and productivity targets are achieved.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring warehouse activities to ensure the highest possible quality of service for the customer.
• Identifying deviations in productivity or quality levels.
• Continuously improving your team/department and participating in projects aimed at improving the organization and our processes.
• Reporting on the actual deployment of personnel, equipment and resources and advising the Contract Manager accordingly.
