Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Roosendaal is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small international team and optimize daily processes. You’ll focus on safety, quality and productivity, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to implement improvements.

• MBO/HBO level of working and thinking.

YOUR ROLE
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for a specific logistics process at our site in Roosendaal. In this leadership role, you and your international team continuously look for ways to optimize work processes, while focusing on the highest levels of quality and productivity. You are able to take your team to the next level. In addition, you have a keen eye for irregularities or deviations within the processes you know from A to Z and initiate improvements in coordination with the Operations Manager.

Your team consists of several Assistant Supervisors, with whom you manage the operational employees responsible for the daily activities. Every day, you work together in an informal, lean and dynamic environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
