Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to optimize warehouse operations, analyze data, and drive improvements. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Customer Support to ensure smooth processes and effective issue resolution.

The role requires a relevant degree plus hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset. English fluency is essential for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule.
• Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues.
• Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements.
• Analyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and, where applicable, customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.
