Job summary

Wesco, a global distributor and logistics provider, seeks a Manager - Operations to oversee a busy facility in Almere, NL. You will lead a diverse team including operations associates and drivers, coordinating with Sales and Finance to ensure high service quality and on-time fulfillment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operations experience in distribution/warehouse settings.
• Experience leading a team of individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory and quality systems.
• Lead location management with possible multiple warehouses and value-added services.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive workplace and coach staff.
• Manage budgets and P&L; drive LEAN improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit standards (ISO 9000).
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts Payable/Receivable, HR and Finance.
• Develop annual budgets for the facility.
