Responsibilities

• Order Picking (your main responsibility) – Collecting materials based on production order picking lists.
• Inbound – Receiving and unloading goods; basic quality checks.
• Warehousing – Printing labels and resolving label-related issues; inventory checks.
• Outbound – Shipping materials to customers or other Neways locations.
• General – Aligning daily activities with your team and driving 6S improvements.

As an Allround Warehouse Employee with a focus on order picking, you ensure that our production never comes to a standstill. You are the one who gathers materials quickly, accurately, and completely, so our assembly teams receive exactly what they need. With your sharp eye for detail and efficient way of working, you prevent mis-picks, delays, and errors in the process. This makes you a direct link in maintaining the quality, delivery reliability, and cost efficiency of Neways.

The work takes place in two shifts:

Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

Job requirements

Your daily responsibilities include

Order Picking (your main responsibility)

• Collecting materials based on production order picking lists.
• Using an EPT for internal transport to the correct location.
• Checking quantities, serial numbers, and material condition.
• Replenishing grab stock and Kanban inventories.
• Registering and reporting mis-picks.
• Processing additional material requests from production.
• Ensuring a logical, clean, and safe working environment within the picking area.

Additional all-round tasks

Although order picking is your primary focus, you will also support other warehouse processes:

Inbound

• Receiving and unloading goods.
• Performing initial visual quality checks.
• Administrative processing of incoming goods.

Warehousing

• Printing labels and resolving label-related issues.
• Creating production documents and taping materials.
• Performing cycle counts and inventory checks.

Outbound

• Shipping materials to customers or other Neways locations.
• Administrative processing of transfers and shipments.

General

• Aligning daily activities with your team.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and supporting 6S initiatives.
• Flexibly supporting other teams during busy periods.
