Are you full-time available as a Warehouse Manager and eager to take part in implementing a new customer at our 100,000 square meter warehouse with 350 employees? Take the next step in your career with us as a Warehouse Manager, where you will grow both professionally and personally with a steep learning curve. At our new location in Puttershoek, you will further advance the Consumer Product division and gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of our international supply chain solutions. Join our new team and make sure the operation is running smoothly. Together with your Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors you will be responsible for our brand-new warehouse. Responsibilities

• Warehouse Manager role involves leading the entire operation and working closely with the Operations Manager
• Analyzing data and translating it into key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring their achievement
• Focus on continuous improvement of processes to elevate the team's performance
• Responsibilities include making and implementing action plans, coaching employees, and planning headcount
• Motivate employees, demonstrate enthusiasm, and have strong people management skills
• Position aimed at expanding business operations to enhance customer service and facilitate further growth

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor level thinking and working
• Preferably 2-3 years experience as Warehouse Manager
• Experience in customer implementation is a major plus
• Proven knowledge of warehousing, processes, and project management with a complexity comparable to Arvato’s
• Ambitious, proactive, and independent professional with strong analytical skills
• Eagerness to serve your customer at a high-quality level
