Job summary

Neways Electronics International seeks an Allround Warehouse Employee focused on order picking to ensure production materials are delivered accurately and timely. You will handle picking, stock replenishment, and document discrepancies within a structured warehouse setup.

You will contribute to inbound, warehousing, and outbound operations, while expanding your skills across processes and tools. The role is on-site in a two-shift environment with growth potential toward Medior/Senior levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking in a production/logistics setting.
• Vocational education (LBO/MBO) or equivalent practical training.
• Strong accuracy, responsibility and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking (main responsibility): collect materials from production orders and use internal transport (EPT).
• Check quantities, serial numbers and material condition; replenish stock and report mis-picks.
• Support inbound, warehousing and outbound processes as needed; maintain a safe, organized picking area.
• Participate in 6S initiatives and collaborate with teams to improve processes.

• The work takes place in two shifts:

Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

• A logistics education (LBO/MBO) or comparable practical experience.
• Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high focus on quality.
• Experience with EPT or the willingness to learn.

Your daily responsibilities include

Order Picking (your main responsibility)

• Collecting materials based on production order picking lists.
• Using an EPT for internal transport to the correct location.
• Checking quantities, serial numbers, and material condition.
• Replenishing grab stock and Kanban inventories.
• Registering and reporting mis-picks.
• Processing additional material requests from production.
• Ensuring a logical, clean, and safe working environment within the picking area.

Additional all-round tasks

Although order picking is your primary focus, you will also support other warehouse processes:

Inbound

• Receiving and unloading goods.
• Performing initial visual quality checks.
• Administrative processing of incoming goods.

Warehousing

• Packing finished products.
• Printing labels and resolving label‑related issues.
• Creating production documents and taping materials.
• Performing cycle counts and inventory checks.

Outbound

• Shipping materials to customers or other Neways locations.
• Administrative processing of transfers and shipments.

General

• Aligning daily activities with your team.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and supporting 6S initiatives.
• Flexibly supporting other teams during busy periods.
