Qualifications

• Experience with order picking in a logistics or production environment.
• A logistics education (LBO/MBO) or comparable practical experience.
• Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high focus on quality.
• Experience with EPT or the willingness to learn.
• Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking (your main responsibility) – Collecting materials based on production order picking lists.
• Inbound – Receiving and unloading goods; basic quality checks.
• Warehousing – Printing labels and resolving label-related issues; inventory checks.
• Outbound – Shipping materials to customers or other Neways locations.
• General – Aligning daily activities with your team and driving 6S improvements.
