Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV in the Netherlands seeks an Allround Warehouse Employee focused on order picking to keep production moving. You gather materials quickly, accurately, and completely so assembly teams receive exactly what they need, preventing mis-picks and delays.

You will work in two shifts (Morning 6:00 AM — 2:50 PM; Afternoon 2:40 PM — 12:00 AM, with Friday 2:40 PM — 9:20 PM). You also support inbound, warehousing and outbound processes, with opportunities to grow into

Responsibilities

• Order Picking (your main responsibility): Collect materials based on production order picking lists; use an EPT for internal transport; check quantities, serial numbers and material condition; replenish grab stock and Kanban inventories; register and report mis-picks; process additional material requests; ensure a clean, safe picking area.
• Additional all-round tasks: Inbound – receiving/unloading goods and initial quality checks; Warehousing – printing labels, taping materials, inventory checks; Outbound – shipping materials and admin transfers; General – align daily activities with the team and contribute to 6S initiatives.

As an Allround Warehouse Employee with a focus on order picking, you ensure that our production never comes to a standstill. You are the one who gathers materials quickly, accurately, and completely, so our assembly teams receive exactly what they need. With your sharp eye for detail and efficient way of working, you prevent mis-picks, delays, and errors in the process. This makes you a direct link in maintaining the quality, delivery reliability, and cost efficiency of Neways.

Your daily responsibilities include

Order Picking (your main responsibility)

• Collecting materials based on production order picking lists.
• Using an EPT for internal transport to the correct location.
• Checking quantities, serial numbers, and material condition.
• Replenishing grab stock and Kanban inventories.
• Registering and reporting mis-picks.
• Processing additional material requests from production.
• Ensuring a logical, clean, and safe working environment within the picking area.

Additional all-round tasks

Although order picking is your primary focus, you will also support other warehouse processes:

Inbound

• Receiving and unloading goods.
• Performing initial visual quality checks.
• Administrative processing of incoming goods.

Warehousing

• Printing labels and resolving label-related issues.
• Creating production documents and taping materials.
• Performing cycle counts and inventory checks.

Outbound

• Shipping materials to customers or other Neways locations.
• Administrative processing of transfers and shipments.

General

• Aligning daily activities with your team.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and supporting 6S initiatives.
• Flexibly supporting other teams during busy periods.
