Job summary

Kuros Biosciences in Bilthoven is seeking a Warehouse and Customer Service professional to support inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment in a GMP-regulated environment. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to maintain material flow and ensure compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, stock control, inbound/outbound shipping, and internal material movement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, ISO 13485, FDA) preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and stock audits.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and material flow (FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse (6S standards).
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials per PO and SOPs.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipment of goods to customers, 3PLs, and partners.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including international requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or transportation issues.
• Manage internal material flow between warehouse and production.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams.
• Provide operational backup for order processing and component stock management.
• Record material movements in ERP and maintain master data.
• Monitor GMP/ISO/FDA compliance and support documentation for shipping.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Customer Service Manager to join our growing team in Bilthoven.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports warehouse, inventory, andlogisticsoperations in a GMP-regulated environment,ensuringaccuratematerial flow, compliant documentation, and on-time distribution. The roleis part of the Supply Chain Team andworks closely with Manufacturing, Quality,Financeand Salesteams tomaintaininventory integrity, support production, and drive efficient, compliantwarehouseoperations within a fast-growing life sciences organization.

As an enthusiastic person with experience in Supply Chain, you will be involved in: Warehouse Management in Good Manufacturing Practice environment (GMP).

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Maintainaccurateinventory records and perform cycle counts and stock audits

• Track shipments and resolve delivery or transportation issues

Internal Logistics and Coordination

• Manage internal material flow between warehouse, production, and other departments
• Ensuretimelyavailability of materials for manufacturing and orderfulfilment
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams
• Provide operational backup for order processing andcomponentstock management

Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Record material movements in ERP (e.g., D365) andmaintainmaster data
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, and company procedures
• Support documentation for international shipping and customs clearance
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to reporting, analysis, and process improvements
• Identifyand implement efficiency and cost optimization opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse,logistics, or inventory control
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, ISO 13485, FDA) preferred
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
