Job summary

Panda International is seeking candidates to join its GMP Warehouse & Logistics team in the Netherlands. The role is site-based with a rotating shift schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

You will handle goods receipt, storage, labeling, and final product shipments in a regulated environment. Ideal applicants have technical education or related field experience and up to 4 years in logistics or manufacturing, with strong English communication and a keen eye for detail and safety.

Qualifications

  • Technical education or equivalent practical experience in logistics, manufacturing, science, or related field.
  • 0–4 years of relevant experience, entry to early-career levels.
  • Fluent/Business-level English communication, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform goods receipt, labelling, storage, and inventory management in SAP or similar systems.
  • Receive patient-related materials with accurate documentation and chain of identity.
  • Carry out commercial packing and shipping of final products; coordinate sample shipments per GDP/GMP.
  • Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and timely.
  • Use validated GMP systems in daily warehouse tasks.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (lift trucks, dry shippers, gas systems).
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other departments.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas.
  • Promptly report deviations, quality concerns, and safety issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional activities across the site.

Job description

A leading international biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization is looking for new colleagues to join its growing GMP Warehouse & Logistics team in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will support the supply chain activities required to manufacture and deliver life-changing medicines. The Warehouse & Logistics team is responsible for activities ranging from incoming goods receipt and storage to material handling and final product shipments, while working closely with manufacturing teams.

This is a fully site-based position within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role operates on a rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

What You Will Do
  • Perform activities related to goods receipt, labelling, storage, and inventory management within a validated GMP inventory management system such as SAP.
  • Handle and receive incoming patient-related materials, ensuring accurate documentation and chain of identity.
  • Perform commercial packing and shipping of final products and coordinate sample shipments in accordance with GDP and GMP requirements.
  • Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and on time.
  • Use validated GMP systems as part of daily warehouse and logistics activities.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as lift trucks, dry shippers, and gas supply equipment.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other departments.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas.
  • Promptly report deviations, quality concerns, and safety issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional activities across the site.
What We Are Looking For
  • Technical education or equivalent practical experience, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, science, or a related field.
  • Approximately 0-4 years of relevant experience, making this opportunity suitable for both entry-level and early-career professionals.
  • Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability and willingness to work within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive activities while consistently maintaining high quality standards.
