A leading international biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization is looking for new colleagues to join its growing GMP Warehouse & Logistics team in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will support the supply chain activities required to manufacture and deliver life-changing medicines. The Warehouse & Logistics team is responsible for activities ranging from incoming goods receipt and storage to material handling and final product shipments, while working closely with manufacturing teams.
This is a fully site-based position within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role operates on a rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
What You Will Do
- Perform activities related to goods receipt, labelling, storage, and inventory management within a validated GMP inventory management system such as SAP.
- Handle and receive incoming patient-related materials, ensuring accurate documentation and chain of identity.
- Perform commercial packing and shipping of final products and coordinate sample shipments in accordance with GDP and GMP requirements.
- Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and on time.
- Use validated GMP systems as part of daily warehouse and logistics activities.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as lift trucks, dry shippers, and gas supply equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other departments.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas.
- Promptly report deviations, quality concerns, and safety issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional activities across the site.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical education or equivalent practical experience, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, science, or a related field.
- Approximately 0-4 years of relevant experience, making this opportunity suitable for both entry-level and early-career professionals.
- Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability and willingness to work within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive activities while consistently maintaining high quality standards.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive working style.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
