Job summary

Kuros Biosciences in Bilthoven, the Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support warehouse, inventory and logistics activities in a GMP-regulated environment. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Sales to maintain inventory integrity, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and drive compliant, efficient warehouse operations.

A HBO-level degree and 2–3 years in warehousing or logistics are required, with ERP experience (D365, SAP, Oracle,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience.
Experience in GMP/ISO13485 or FDA-regulated environments preferred.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts and stock audits.
Manage stock levels, replenishment and material flow (FIFO/FEFO).
Coordinate inbound receiving, storage, and outbound shipments to customers and 3PLs.
Prepare shipping documentation including international and customs requirements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Sales to ensure material availability.
