bunq B.V. is seeking a Medior Legal Counsel to own our third-party contracting process end to end, spanning payment processors to tech vendors.

You’ll shape workflows around AI-assisted reviews and provide leadership with real-time risk insights across our vendor landscape. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, globally active banking environment, navigating GDPR, PSD2, and related regulations while supporting product launches and market expansions.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with a Master’s degree in Law and a strong background in financial services.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating high volumes of third-party contracts, vendor agreements, data processing agreements, and tech partnerships.
• Familiarity with GDPR, PSD2, DORA, and DNB/EBA regulatory landscape.

• Be the go-to person for every third-party contract, from payment processors to tech vendors.
• Manage AI contract review tooling and build smarter workflows for faster signing.
• Provide leadership with a real-time view of third-party risk to support data-driven decisions.
