Job summary

The Cargo Control Company is seeking an executive VP Product to own the integrated portfolio for LoadLok, Roland, Wistra, and LoadCare across Europe. You will drive product roadmaps, align engineering with commercial goals, and sit on the EMEA Leadership Team with equal footing to Sales, Procurement, and Operations.

You will report to the CEO, own the P&L, lead buy/build decisions, and head a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers responsible for pricing, margins, and portfolio

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership with P&L accountability in industrial/manufacturing.
• Track record of portfolio rationalisation, cost reduction, and pricing improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated portfolio P&L and lifecycle decisions.
• Set investment priorities and harmonize four brands; drive SKU reduction (15–20%).
• Make-or-buy optimization across Europe and Asia; establish pricing frameworks.
