Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Vice President, Logistics & Distribution - EMEA to lead end-to-end product distribution across Europe, aligning with brand strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee multi-brand distribution centers, outbound transport, inventory, and customer service for the EMEA region, building cross-functional partnerships and driving a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 15+ years in logistics and operations with global scope.
• Experience in retail/fashion preferred.
• Experience managing a global organization and budgets.
• Strong data analytics and KPI delivery.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and distribution operations for EMEA DCs and transport.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver service and performance.
• Oversee warehouse, outbound transport, inventory, and order fulfilment for Capri Brands in EMEA.
• Oversee Customer Service for Michael Kors EMEA.
• Lead day-to-day partnerships with 4PL and carriers.
• Drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve services with contracted carriers.
• Provide KPI insights to S&OP/S&OE meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with brand growth.
• Plan for peak season and optimize customer focus.
