7people partners with a fast-scaling client in Amsterdam seeking a VP HR to build the people foundation across multiple European markets. The role reports to the CEO and sits with the senior leadership as the company expands into new markets.

You will set the HR roadmap, embed one culture across locations, plan workforce needs around launches, develop leadership pipelines, and professionalise the HR function with a small HRBP team.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling HR in hypergrowth environments.
• Hands-on across multiple European markets.
• Strategic and operational execution in a forming reality.
• Experience leading local EU employment law considerations.
• Willingness to build HR from scratch and embed culture.
